Browns Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. The role focuses on selling parts over the counter and supporting the shop, with workdays Tue through Sat.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive parts, a valid driver7s license, and the ability to work full-time including Saturdays. CDK experience and brand familiarity (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in automotive parts or service environment.
• Valid driver7s license with clean record.
• Must be able to work full-time, including Saturdays.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts over the counter and for the shop.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing match.
• Notify service advisor and customer when special ordered parts have arrived.
• Notify body shop when all parts have arrived and delivery times.
• Verify will-call and back-order files weekly and return or stock items as needed.
• Replenish assigned inventory daily.
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order.

Brown’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will sell parts to customers, over the counter, and through the shop. This position’s workdays are Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
• Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
• Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
• Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.

Experience

• 2+ years of automotive experience
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to work full-time, including Saturday
• CDK experience is a plus
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is a plus.
