Requirements

YOU HAVE:

  1. The ability to respond to inquiries regarding the company's services, pricing, repair timelines, and billing adjustments.
  2. Skills to promote and sell our company's services.
  3. The ability to assess needs and promote alternative products and services.
  4. Coordinate activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
  5. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or equivalent.
  6. The ability to create Work Orders and Purchase Orders in a system environment.
  7. Experience in Parts Receiving and Processing.
  8. The ability to kit parts and issue to technicians.
  9. The ability to transact inventory movements.
  10. Experience with Parts Inventory Cycle Counting.
  11. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  12. Strong servicing experience, performing routine tasks under immediate supervision with little evaluation or need for originality.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  1. Experience in opening, reviewing, and communicating status to customers.
  2. Excellent customer service skills.
  3. Strong coordination skills to communicate activities with other internal departments.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent telephone skills.
