Job description

At Penn Power Group, we support the businesses that keep America moving. With over 50 years of experience, we offer comprehensive commercial fleet services, including mobile maintenance, OEM-Certified services for Allison Transmissions and Carrier Transicold, diesel engine repair for Detroit Diesel, and trailer repair through our skilled technicians.

Requirements

You HAVE:

  • Ability to respond to inquiries about services, pricing, repairs, and billing adjustments.
  • Skills to promote and sell our services.
  • Ability to assess needs and promote alternative products and services.
  • Coordinate activities with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar.
  • Ability to create Work and Purchase Orders in a system environment.
  • Experience in Parts Receiving and Processing.
  • Ability to kit parts and issue to technicians.
  • Transact inventory movements.
  • Experience with Parts Inventory Cycle Counting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform routine tasks under supervision, following established procedures with little evaluation or ingenuity required.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience opening, reviewing, and communicating status to customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong coordination skills to communicate with internal departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills.
