Position: Parts Advisor

The BMW Store and Cincinnati MINI currently have a full-time position open in our Parts Department. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and have a sincere desire to help our customers with their vehicle needs by providing an exceptional customer experience.

The primary duties include taking inbound calls, assisting customers in identifying and obtaining parts, and supporting the smooth operation of the business.

As the first point of contact, the candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and serve clients promptly and professionally, assisting with parts identification and procurement.
• Handle orders via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accuracy to minimize errors.
• Achieve sales goals for BMW parts and accessories.
• Charge parts to repair orders and maintain inventory accuracy through perpetual inventories.
• Requisition special or non-stock parts, follow up on orders, and locate out-of-stock parts as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a potential Saturday rotation
• Computer proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance starting after 30 days, 401(k) after 90 days, provided lunch on Saturdays, and a flexible day off during the week if working Saturday.
