Position Information

Department: Parts Department
Reports To: Parts Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations — Support parts sales to external and internal customers and contribute to the development of customer relationships through excellent service.
• Support Parts Availability — Ensure the availability of the right parts at the right time for external and internal customers.
• Support Parts Operations Compliance — Maintain a well-organized and cost-efficient parts operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and meeting external and internal customer needs.
• Parts Department Culture — Foster a collaborative environment with teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school education or equivalent
• Technical experience
• Relevant work experience in a dealership/warehouse position
• Further education in a relevant field is an advantage
• Forklift license
