Pete's RV is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our growing dealership in Mountville, PA.

The right candidate will possess top-notch customer service skills and a can-do attitude.

Automotive service parts and parts counter experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Face-to-face customer interaction for accessory sales

Complete sales via phone or email in a professional manner

Assist all customers with products and questions

Cashier out all invoices with the correct method of payment

Learn the tools necessary to have full understanding of the products sold in the store

Ability to look up accessories in catalogs and/or the computer where necessary

Make professional displays to showcase the products sold in the store

Run special order report and call the customers when the parts have arrived at the store

Put away all daily stock on showroom floor

Dust/clean showroom products and displays

Organize all products in a professional setting

Balance cash drawer and credit card machines at the end of the night.

Up-selling to customers where applicable

Assign parts to technicians for their work orders

Order parts as needed

Assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Organized and friendly personality

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record

Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Above average computer and internet skills.

A desire to work in a performance based environment.

Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.

Retail experience is a plus!
