Job summary

The Bezos Family Foundation seeks a Program Manager, Community Partnerships to advance Vroom’s work with partners across local and regional levels. You will manage relationships with agencies, childcare providers, and community networks to expand impact and ensure equitable access to brain-building supports.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, track outcomes, and represent the Foundation in forums, conferences, and events; travel as required.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years in program management, communications, development, or community engagement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to win over a crowd.
• Demonstrated passion for early education and alignment with the Foundation’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Vroom partnerships at city, county, and state levels.
• Build and sustain relationships with systems, community orgs, and families.
• Coordinate internal and external communications; support grantmaking and evaluation.
• Travel as needed and represent the Foundation at events and forums.
• Oversee contracts with partner evaluators and ensure alignment with program goals.
