About the role


Partnership Managers at Auctane own relationships across a portfolio of the largest marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, including current partners like Shopify and Amazon. They develop cohesive and actionable strategies that enable merchants to use Auctane brands across selling channels and create mutual value for Auctane and its partners.


This position can be located in Austin, Texas, or remote within the US.


Travel Requirements: 10% travel is required for meetings, conferences, etc.

About the team


The Partnerships team drives revenue growth and accelerates product innovation through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development. We uphold a strong say:do ratio and invest in sustainable relationships that stand the test of time.


What will you be doing?



  1. Strategy Development - Devise and execute a cohesive strategy with each partner in their portfolio, focused on product engagement, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  2. Partner Development - Acquire deep knowledge of each partner's vision, objectives and products, enabling them to identify growth opportunities, anticipate partner needs and resolve challenges.

  3. Partner Activation - Coordinate training and onboarding of new partners; communicate the partnership's value proposition internally in order to accelerate time to value.

  4. Program Management - Own all facets of the partner success process, devising joint business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews and investing in continuous improvement and optimization.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and legal to execute the best possible partnerships.

  6. Operational Rigor - Adopt a data-driven approach to the business, focused on leading indicators, and take intelligent risks based on the data.

  7. Trusted Advisor - Become a trusted advisor to their portfolio of partners through consistent communication, data- and industry-driven insights and superior execution.

  8. Culture Builder - Bring a team-first orientation and critical thinking to advance Auctane's values, build our culture and execute on our vision for the future.


What are we looking for?



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous partner development and/or partner management experience

  • Experience driving partnerships in the eCommerce industry
