What you'll do:

• Build and maintain relationships with CEX’s, working to deepen collaboration between the CEX’s products and the Arbitrum ecosystem for success
• Provide strategic advice to founders and team members of projects building on Arbitrum, especially TGE success, such as KOL, CEX, DEX and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with liquid funds and market makers
• Have regular check-ins with ecosystem teams to understand their current and upcoming initiatives
• Identify opportunities and strategic alignment between live teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem
• Define and lead new growth initiatives within the partnerships team to expand the reach of Arbitrum
• Help shape our strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with companies in their migration to Arbitrum and/or network deployment

What you’ll need:

• Industry insider experience and currently at, or have strong prior experience with blockchain ecosystems
• Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to: identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships
• Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
• Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous work experience with a high-growth technology company
• Wide professional network and high reputation in the Web3 industry
• Experience in business development within the crypto industry is a plus
