Recruitment Specialist | People & Diversity

Merzigo is currently seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing global business team based in New York.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and long-term value for both Merzigo and our partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership goals with company objectives, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, and a strong ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring retention and success.
  • Analyze client data and performance for strategic optimization.
  • Provide exceptional client support and promptly address issues.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Support new business development efforts as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and client objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Ability to understand and leverage digital platforms (YouTube & Facebook).
  • Client-focused with a commitment to exceptional service.
