About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Partnership Manager with deep experience in B2B enterprise sales, especially in the fleet operations space. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with fleet operators, safety managers, and corporate buyers. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the commercial transportation, delivery, utility, and service fleet markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise fleet operators
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position our solutions as must-haves
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and offerings
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver against ambitious revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Stay current on industry trends, fleet management technology, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling into the fleet or transportation sector
  • 4 Year College Degree
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing six-figure+ deals
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, safety & compliance requirements, and procurement cycles
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels — from safety managers to C-suite
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and in a team

Nice To Have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or training solutions
  • Existing network in transportation, logistics, or field service industries
  • Familiarity with government or public sector fleet procurement
