FixiHouse builds lead products and software for the home improvement industry. We generate qualified homeowner leads and deliver each one to a single contractor in under a minute of it being created. One contractor, one quote.
Every lead is TCPA-compliant and carries a TrustedForm certificate. We are AI-powered: the workflows, the qualification, and the operating discipline are designed around speed and quality. Our engineering team is building a custom CRM and contractor experience around how home-improvement firms actually work.
National home-improvement brands and regional remodelers already buy from us. The company is new; the people are not. Everyone on the team has spent their career in home improvement and lead generation.
The role
We are hiring a Partnership Manager to own our contractor partners after the deal is signed. Sales closes the account and hands it to you. From there, you get the contractor live, keep leads flowing into their systems, and grow the partnership over time. Your partners are owners, marketing leaders, and operations leaders at regional home improvement firms doing $10 to 50M in revenue. They buy leads to keep crews booked, and they judge every source by set rate, close rate, and cost of marketing. Your job is to make FixiHouse the source they trust most and spend more with. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with sales, product, and engineering.
What you'll do
- Take over new contractor partners from sales and run onboarding: kickoff, service areas, trades, delivery setup, and first leads.
- Own lead delivery integrations. Connect partners' CRMs and systems, test the flow end to end, and fix what breaks with our engineering team.
- Monitor delivery and acceptance every day. Investigate rejections such as duplicates, out-of-area leads, or buyer-side rejects, and resolve them fast.
- Track each partner's results: contact rate, set rate, close rate, and cost of marketing. Use the numbers to help them get more out of every lead.
- Run regular business reviews with partners, share what is working, and agree on next steps.
- Grow accounts. Help partners expand into new areas and trades, and increase their position as volume opens up.
- Explain how allocation and market-based pricing work, clearly and honestly, when partners ask.
- Be the partner's voice inside FixiHouse. Bring feedback to product and engineering as we build the CRM and contractor experience.
- Spot churn risk early and act before a partner goes quiet.
- Keep HubSpot and partner records accurate and current.
What you bring
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or partner management, ideally with B2B buyers who measure ROI closely.
- Experience working with home-improvement or home-services contractors, or with lead generation, performance marketing, or media buyers.
- Fluency in lead economics: CPL, set rate, close rate, cost of marketing as a percent of revenue.
- Technical comfort. You can read an API spec or a field mapping, test a lead post, and work through an integration with engineers and a partner's team.
- A record of retaining and growing accounts.
- Comfort talking peer to peer with business owners and marketing leaders, including hard conversations about performance.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Clear, plain written and verbal communication.
How we work
We are a small, AI-powered team, so we hire for how people work as much as for what they have done.
You own outcomes end to end. When a partner has a problem, it is yours until it is solved, even when the fix sits with another team.
- You are AI-native. You use AI every day to analyze partner performance, prep reviews, draft updates, summarize calls, and keep records current, and you keep looking for the next workflow to automate.
- You move fast. Speed to lead is our product, and we hold ourselves to the same pace: same-day responses, quick fixes, short feedback loops.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. Not everything is documented yet. When something is missing, you build it or flag it.
- You run on numbers. You know how each partner is performing and why.
- You are honest with partners. You say what is live and what is still being built, and you share bad news early.
- You work well remotely. Clear written updates, reliable follow-through, no need for close supervision.
- You want feedback, and you help the people around you get better.
Nice to have
- Experience at a lead marketplace, aggregator, or pay-per-lead business.
- Hands-on experience with ping-post distribution or lead platforms such as LeadConduit, boberdoo, or Phonexa.
- Familiarity with bid-based or market-based lead pricing.
- Working knowledge of TCPA and consent documentation such as TrustedForm.
- Knowledge of the bathroom, roofing, windows, or home security trades.
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
- A product partners already pay for. Real contractors run on our leads today, and your work decides how much they grow with us.
- A clear edge to stand behind: exclusive leads, delivered in under a minute, with documented compliance on every one.
- A direct line to product. You will shape the CRM and contractor experience our engineers are building.
- A team of industry operators who have built and run this motion before.
- Room to grow. Join early, help shape how we work with partners, and grow with the team.
