Strava is looking for a passionate individual to join our Developer Relations team and help us build the future of connected fitness. We are creating new ways to empower and entertain the global community of athletes by placing Strava at the center of our ecosystem - devices, digital fitness apps, connected equipment, and more. As the Partnerships Lead, DevRel you will own Strava’s success globally through strategic partnerships and product integrations, leveraging APIs and innovative initiatives. You will lead complex, high-impact collaborations with our most strategic Tier 1 partners that drive business growth, enhance user experience, and advance our strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, cultivating deep cross-functional relationships with key Tier 1 partners, leading complex negotiations, acting as a strategic advisor to partners, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, synthesizing partner feedback to shape product initiatives, partnering with Product Marketing for go-to-market campaigns, and monitoring and resolving partner integration issues. The role requires 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, developer relations, or related fields, with a proven track record in leading complex negotiations and scaling impactful collaborations. Experience with developer-focused partner API integrations, SDKs, and developer tooling is essential. The position follows a flexible hybrid model with about half the time on-site in San Francisco office (roughly three days per week).
