Job summary

Hope for New York seeks a galvanizing, relationship-driven Manager of Program Partnerships to own 16–20 HFNY affiliate partnerships, acting as consultant and growth catalyst across the coalition.

In collaboration with the Program team, you’ll expand HFNY’s network by identifying, vetting, onboarding new partners, and deepening engagement with existing ones, while coordinating with grants, capacity building, and collective action efforts.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of nonprofit program management, grantmaking, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with New York City's nonprofit sector and faith-based community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of HFNY affiliate partners and manage relationships.
• Lead onboarding of new partners and maintain ongoing partner development.
• Support grant processes and capacity-building programming for the coalition.
