Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking a Specialist to support the NBC and Peacock Competition Reality Development team in creating and executing brand partnerships. You will develop sales materials, ideate creative solutions, and manage cross-platform activations.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track partnership executions, and help produce post-sale reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in marketing or ad sales, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company – or applicable internship experience.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop customized client pitches and accompanying sales materials for partnership opportunities across NBC & Peacock competition reality programming.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate on multi-platform pitches.
• Support execution of partnerships, including trackers, coordinating legal agreements, and approvals.
• Liaise with internal NBCU stakeholders and external partners to communicate client objectives and secure input.
• Track partnership executions and update documents; manage post-sale reporting and recap deliverables.
• Organize, publish, and socialize client-facing sales materials.
• Provide admin support, including meeting agendas and recap notes.
