You will support day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university staff, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets and deliver campaign elements for fans and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Execute activation and fulfillment of sponsorships across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners for smooth delivery
• Build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders as a Learfield representative
• Track inventory and records of sponsorship elements and deliverables
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and contract documentation
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting

Learfield is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This role plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life in meaningful, visible ways for fans, sponsors, and the university community. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day fulfillment activities across partner accounts, providing behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures seamless delivery. You’ll work closely with internal team members, university contacts, and brand partners to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support gameday operations.
