Job summary

Learfield on campus is seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support the team and execute partnership elements for a great Game Day experience for partners and fans.

We are looking for an organized coordinator with prior sales support experience to manage duties across marketing, events, and budget tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between corporate partners, property staff and Athletic Department.
• Manage and track all marketing inventory for the property.
• Create and deliver marketing contracts and agreements.
• Assist with fulfillment needs for signage, radio, print, digital and events.
• Assist General Manager with expense reporting, invoicing, and budgetary needs.
• Assist with corporate hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and activities.
• Manage game program sales for select sporting events.
• Manage game day Property Assistants for select sports programs.
• Provide POP (Proof of Performances) for in-venue sponsorship elements.
• Prospecting for potential corporate partners.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the team.
