A prominent sports organization seeks a Partnership Solutions Analyst to enhance its Corporate Partnership strategies. The analyst will analyze industry trends, create compelling proposals, and collaborate with various internal teams to drive revenue through innovative sponsorship programs. The organization is expanding outside of Amerant Bank Arena via the renovation of the FTL War Memorial in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This state-of-the-art ice facility features two regulation-size rinks, including a new team practice rink with stadium seating, and a 4,000-capacity music theatre for live entertainment. Job Summary:
The Partnership Solutions Analyst will play a key role in driving the success of the Florida Panthers Corporate Partnership team by analyzing industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and creating compelling sales materials. This role is ideal for a creative, brand-focused individual with a passion for sports sponsorship, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate data into impactful insights. The analyst will develop impactful partnership proposals for both new prospects and current partners, assist in prospecting and competitive analysis, and contribute to the overall growth of the team’s partnership strategy. The ideal candidate would find it fulfilling getting to work with brands from various industries with different goals and objectives and constantly learning a new industry.

This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable – often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.
Physical Demands:
Walking – Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
Standing – Particularly for sustained periods of time.
Lifting - Raising objects from a lower to a higher position (up to 25 pounds) or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles.
Balancing – Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling and walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces. This factor is important if the amount of balancing exceeds that needed for ordinary locomotion and maintenance of body equilibrium.
Hearing - Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
