Job description

This is a rare opportunity to become a partner in a well established growing practice that is not owned by private equity or a hospital system. As a physician-owned practice, you will be empowered to take care of your patients the right way. The ideal candidate is someone who appreciates that independence and wants to build upon it. Subspecialty training is a plus, but not a requirement. The practice currently has two MDs with multiple locations in Morris and Essex counties. Because one physician is seeking to retire and reducing their hours, there is a built-in patient base for a new physician to come on board and be busy from the get go. There is also an opportunity to become a partner in the very efficient surgery center in the area. The practice either owns or has access to essentially every modern tool a surgeon could ask for (femto, excimer, crosslinking, YAG, SLT, ORA, etc).
