Job description

The Partnership Operations Lead will play a critical role in optimizing, managing, and scaling partnership operations processes to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and strategic collaboration. This role will focus on partner enablement, partner performance tracking, deal registration processes, and data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of the partnership ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, CRM integrations, and data workflows to support partner efficiency and performance tracking.
  • Oversee and enhance partner onboarding, deal registration, co-selling processes, and performance tracking to improve partner engagement.
  • Develop and refine lead routing, opportunity attribution, and partner-sourced deal workflows within Salesforce.
  • Partner Ranking & Prioritization Framework - Create data-driven scoring models to evaluate, tier, and prioritize partners based on revenue potential, engagement, strategic alignment, and past performance.
  • Design and implement multi-touch attribution models for partner-sourced revenue, pipeline growth, and partner program success metrics.
  • Develop and improve partner workflows, program tracking, and partner engagement scoring models to ensure scalable, repeatable success.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration of partner-driven revenue strategies.
  • Analyze partner-generated pipeline, revenue performance, and partner engagement trends to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement best-in-class partner operations processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company expands its partner ecosystem.
  • Stay Ahead of Partnership Tech Trends - Continuously evaluate and implement new PRM tools, automation platforms, and best practices to enhance partnership operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership operations, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools such as Impartner, Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and experience customizing Salesforce for partnership workflows, including deal registration, attribution, and reporting.
  • Experience developing frameworks to rank and prioritize partners based on engagement levels, market impact, historical revenue contribution, and growth potential.
  • Knowledge of co-selling and partner influence models, with experience tracking how partners contribute to sales outcomes.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, including partner automation workflows, data hygiene, and partner deal tracking best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage an evolving roadmap of partnership initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement in partner engagement and operations.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 per year + Bonus. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills.
