Title: Partnership Marketing SpecialistDepartment: Partnership ServicesReports To: Manager, Global Partnership ActivationFLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-ExemptJob Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of corporate partnerships in all areas including, but not limited to, day-to-day partner relationships, activating sponsorship assets, sales assist, and delivering measurable value through data-driven strategies and fan-first experiences. The ideal candidate combines project management skills with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.Key Responsibility Areas:Account Management and ActivationCollaborate with internal departments (content, creative, social, legal, ticketing, business intelligence, social responsibility) to ensure timely and effective execution of partnership assetsCoordinate Partnership Marketing hospitality and event logisticsAssist in partner activation with Partner Account ManagersHelp support daily tasks of Corporate Partnerships department: assist with presentations (recaps and proposals), update season spreadsheets, follow up on in-house partner activations and contribute to partner brainstorming meetingsCoordinate Partnership Marketing events in-arena and in the communityCreate/Assist with Partnership Marketing proposals, PowerPoint and Canva decks, future technology and recapsSupport development of partnership marketing strategies aligned with partner objectives and audience behavior trendsAssist in researching and understanding the National and Northern California media marketplace including television, radio, print, etc…Research would include creating PowerPoint/word/excel documents highlighting key findings and trends.Perform research on key prospects including company organization structure, brand positioning, current marketing efforts, & key decision makers.Assist Sr. Director in budget reports, POs and invoice process.
