About the Role

Reporting to: Sr. Director of Programs and Community Engagement
Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 per year
CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 20,000 students to 100,000 students served annually.
To accomplish this, we are hiring a Partnership Manager to help steward CodePath’s university relationships, ensuring each institution experiences our programs as high-quality, mission-aligned, and transformative for their students. This role oversees the entire partner engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and program integration to expanding relationships and driving renewals. You will play a pivotal role in scaling CodePath’s impact by deepening institutional trust, cultivating campus champions, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
Success in this role involves translating institutional priorities into actionable solutions, delivering exceptional partner experiences, and quantifying CodePath's value through strong student outcomes and data storytelling.
Key Activities
Relationship Management
Conduct structured listening tours across assigned university partners to identify needs, opportunities, and areas for deeper collaboration
Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, cultivating trusted and strategic relationships
Develop and maintain comprehensive engagement plans and health metrics for each institution
Facilitate regular touchpoints, strategic check-ins, and partnership reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Program Integration
Collaborate with university stakeholders to integrate CodePath offerings into academic curricula, student services, and career development initiatives
Support partners through program adoption, launch, and delivery processes
Track program performance at each partner university, using student outcomes and partner feedback to drive enhancements and ensure effectiveness
Growth and Expansion
Identify opportunities for expansion by anticipating institutional needs and proposing bold, forward-looking initiatives
Cultivate internal champions to accelerate CodePath’s program adoption and deepen engagement
Broaden CodePath’s impact through expanded cohorts, new program offerings, and strengthened institutional partnerships
Stay ahead of higher education and tech workforce trends to anticipate partner needs and shape strategic growth initiatives
Reporting and Administration
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of partner communications, agreements, and impact metrics
Build and maintain dashboards and data structures to showcase student engagement, outcomes, and partnership impact
Prepare regular internal reports to CodePath leadership on partnership health, risks, and growth opportunities
Key Success Metrics
90%+ partner satisfaction scores across assigned universities
Increased student participation and engagement year-over-year within partner institutions. Increasing CodePath CS Student penetration by > 5% YoY
Expansion of CodePath programming across departments, cohorts, or services at partner universities
Clear, data-driven articulation of CodePath's value delivered to each partner every semester. Driving a > 90% program persistence rate
High partner retention and renewal rates of > 90%
Proactively identifies and secures at least one major new strategic initiative, program, or partnership expansion per year based on partner and market needs
Qualifications
5+ years experience in account management, customer success, or partnership roles, ideally with higher education partners
Strong knowledge of higher education ecosystems, including institutional structures, decision-making processes, and campus dynamics
Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with a proven track record of engaging authentically and strategically with diverse university stakeholders
Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to execution
Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive stories and actionable strategies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for CodePath’s mission to diversify and strengthen the tech workforce
Compensation
CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Manager level position at an annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
