Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time sensitive decisions, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy.
Our Mission Command business line, within the Connected Warfare division, delivers the next generation of command and control (NGC2) software and integrated decision tools directly to the operational and tactical edge. By enabling decentralized decision-making, real-time sensor-to-shooter pairing, collaborative planning, and secure interoperability, we empower warfighters with unparalleled situational awareness and decisive mission advantages in contested environments.
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, Partnership Manager to join our Mission Command business line and help lead the partnership strategy for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program — one of the most significant and fast-growing programs in the defense technology landscape.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, technical integration, account management, and delivery. You will own critical partner relationships end-to-end, driving tangible outcomes — not just announcements — across multi-year engagements. You will work closely with engineering, product, program management, and senior leadership to ensure that our partner ecosystem accelerates mission outcomes and revenue growth.
This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on one of the largest programs in Anduril's portfolio. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same and where your work directly shapes national security outcomes, this role is for you.
