An Experienced Manager in BDO’s Partnerships group, is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items including but not limited to section 704(b) and taxable income allocations, capital account maintenance, liability analysis and allocations, section 734(b) and 743(b) adjustment calculations and Tax Receivable Agreement (TRA) calculations. In this role the Partnerships Experienced Manager applies their knowledge and experience to understand potential partnership taxation issues and assists in the preparation of partnership specific computations. The Experienced Manager is key to the leadership team of the Partnership Practice and actively participates in the development of the group. In addition, the Partnerships Experienced Manager is an active participant in process improvement and team‑building initiatives, maintains client relationships, and acts as a source of guidance to other team members.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $94,500 - $189,000
Maryland Range: $94,500 - $189,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $94,500 - $189,000
Washington DC Range: $94,500 - $189,000
