Job summary

SEPT Physical Therapy in Shelby/Kings Mountain is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic and neuro-rehabilitation clinic. Through PartnerPath, you’ll earn a monthly share of the clinic’s profit plus a share of its sale value, with no buy-in and no personal guarantee.

You will build referral networks, mentor staff, manage a personal caseload and drive clinical excellence in a growing Western North Carolina market.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Established professional relationships with referring physicians in the Shelby / Kings Mountain market.
• Desire to lead people and grow a practice, not just manage one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports and neurological conditions, maintaining a personal caseload.
• Build and steward physician referral relationships across orthopedics, neurology, primary care, sports medicine and pain management in Cleveland County.
• Lead the clinic team: recruit, mentor and develop PTs, PTAs and support staff.
• Own the clinic scorecard: new patient volume, referral mix, visits, patient outcomes and clinic profitability.
• Represent SEPT in the community with physician practices, athletic programs, employers and civic organizations.
