What you’ll be working on:

1. Providing a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment for your team
2. Provide an exceptional client experience
3. Diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of pet cases
4. Performing small animal surgeries with opportunities for mentorship
5. Guiding support staff to exceptional care
6. Providing leadership in the development or review of medical policies and protocols

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited program
2. Licensed or able to be licensed in state of operation
3. Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning, improvement, and growth
4. Commitment to ethics and integrity
5. Effective communication skills – for location team and pet parents
6. Positive team player focused on encouragement and motivation
7. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
