You will apply current federal and state tax laws, meet with clients regularly, and leverage strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA license with strong tax expertise.
• 7+ years tax experience and comfort handling complex client scenarios.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to guide staff and clients.
• High ownership mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns and develop tax strategies for business, fiduciary, and individual clients.
• Apply current federal and state tax laws to deliver optimal tax outcomes for clients.
• Meet with new and existing clients regularly to understand needs and build relationships.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to expand the client base and grow the practice.
