Job summary

Wert is seeking a Partner Integrations Specialist who can guide Web3 projects through technical setup and ongoing support. You’ll work with developers, product managers, and founders to ensure smooth integration, resolve issues, and drive improvements across the journey.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and a fast-moving fintech environment where teammates frequently evolve into product, sales, or compliance paths. Strong Web3 experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (NFTs, DeFi, etc.).
• Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; enjoys improving processes.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team.
• Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster.
• Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack).
• Maintain and expand knowledge base and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
