Partner Success Manager – Payments & Integrations (ISV/ISO)

Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Partner Development Manager to make a real impact every day. We believe that every conversation, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner and Business Development, you will help develop a range of payment solutions including point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, and auto-reconciliation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Learn about Partners’ business models and go-to-market strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships through regular communication.
  • Educate Partners on Xplor resources such as Partner Home, New Merchant Home, and Campus.
  • Communicate product features and benefits.
  • Drive sales through regular Partner interactions.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance.
  • Assist with business goals, performance metrics, and reporting inquiries.
  • Support negotiations on pricing and contracts.
  • Understand available integration options and benefits.
  • Resolve escalated issues with support teams.
  • Prepare business reviews and visit Partners as needed.
  • Participate in Partner events and maintain accurate Partner data.
Compensation and Location
  • Base salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Potential monthly bonus
  • Remote work permitted in the U.S. with eligible rights and sufficient time zone overlap
