Job Description:

The primary role of a Partner Success Manager (PSM) is to develop a positive, trusting relationship with dealer partners. They handle a variety of internal and customer-facing tasks to ensure the adoption of Tekion's solutions and demonstrate their value in positively impacting dealer revenue. Proactivity in utilizing solutions to meet dealer needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage assigned dealer partner portfolios.
  • Handle dealer inquiries and communication.
  • Analyze dealer data to enhance customer experience.
  • Improve tutorials and communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between dealer partners and the organization.
  • Resolve dealer requests and concerns.
  • Suggest new solutions or products to improve dealer operations.
  • Anticipate customer needs based on upcoming projects.
  • Prove value internally and externally to promote growth and profitability.
  • Hold weekly and biweekly status meetings to update on projects, timelines, and solutions, building trust and demonstrating value.

Additional Information:

Current Tekion employees should apply via the Greenhouse Internal Job Board. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills, with potential eligibility for equity, bonuses, or commissions. The salary range is $70,200—$117,000 USD.
