Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive success across a portfolio of strategic partners. You will manage relationships, enablement, and delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

The role emphasizes partner health, COE development within partner practices, and workflow optimization across engagement stages. A strong background in CPM/EPM implementations is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, stakeholder management, or account management.
• Minimum 5 years consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for implementation partners and provide technical/functional support.
• Lead regular partner status calls to review delivery and risks.
• Maintain strong partner relationships to drive OneStream deployments and partner success.
• Guide partner health and future planning with partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to route partner requests to appropriate groups.
