You will shape analytics visions across Hardware Engineering, Operations, and AppleCare, drive ROI-focused roadmaps, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, end-to-end data solutions that empower decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years leading or building engineering, technical solutions, or technical partner/customer success teams.
• 8+ years across data analytics, BI, technical product management, or solutions consulting environments.
• Strong fluency with modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), data warehousing, and big data architectures (e.g., Spark, Trino, BigQuery, Iceberg).
• Proven track record of quantifying business impact (ROI) and delivering data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Partner Success / Solutions Engineers, fostering a consultative, customer-centric culture focused on delivering high-ROI business outcomes.
• Partner with leaders across Lines of Business to understand operational challenges, shape analytics needs, and prioritize initiatives based on measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Insight teams to align priorities, drive roadmaps, and co-design end-to-end solutions.
• Guide high-level solution architecture and data models, ensuring scalable, robust platforms and standards.
• Champion partner adoption, self-service enablement, and establish milestones with executive visibility of business value.
