Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a graduate degree or 6+ years with a bachelor’s in a quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning methods including classification, regression, clustering, and ensemble techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or Spark with experience developing production-level analytical solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and data modeling in Snowflake.
• Experience building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using Tableau or other tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and analyze customer behavior to inform product marketing strategies.
• Translate analytical findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track product launches and marketing impact.
• Develop and apply machine learning models to optimize strategies and personalization.
• Lead data pipelines and collaboration with Engineering/ML teams for scalable solutions.
• Leverage LLMs and AI workflows to accelerate insights, visualization, and modeling.
• Lead data preparation and QA to ensure robust modeling outputs across projects.
