Job summary

Google seeks a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer intern to help scale partner integrations and developer enablement worldwide. You will collaborate with product, engineering, external partners, and internal teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, and platform protocols, while building tooling to streamline onboarding and unblock integrations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Currently attending a US degree program and available to work full time for 12 weeks during the internship term.
Experience coding in Java, C/C++, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with web technologies and developer-facing support.
Experience implementing data pipelines and dashboards.
Ability to identify stakeholders and propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements and provide guidance on applying products and technologies.
Scope, design, and build reusable solutions and best practices globally for customers and partners.
Own Google Help support configurations and workflow integrations for a product set.
Partner with product operations and support to develop multi-channel support strategies.
Drive efficiency, scalability, and quality across support systems and tooling.
