Job summary

Google is seeking a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer to scale partner integrations, technical solutions, and developer enablement worldwide with AI and automation. You’ll collaborate with product/engineering, external partners, developers, and internal teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot technical integrations (APIs, SDKs, and platform protocols).

Google is an engineering company; individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, SE, IS, or related technical field.
US-based candidate available for 12 weeks full time outside term time.
Penultimate year or returning to degree after internship.
Experience with programming languages (Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SDKs, Webhooks and developer support.
Experience implementing data pipelines and dashboards.
Ability to evaluate problems, identify stakeholders, and propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements, provide guidance, and best practices to apply to products and technologies.
Scope, design, and build global solutions and best practices for reuse by customers, sellers, partners.
Own the Ask Google Help support configuration and agentic workflow integrations for a dedicated set of products.
Partner with product ops and support teams to develop product-specific, multi-channel AI support strategies.
Drive efficiency, scalability, and quality across support systems and tooling.
