The Opportunity

We seek a Partner Solutions Architect (Remote) to join our client's Channel and Alliances team. This critical role bridges technical excellence and business strategy, supporting partners in adopting and implementing cloud solutions for AI workloads.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business requirements and develop scalable, secure cloud architectures and solutions.

  • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, technical documentation, and how-tos.

  • Act as a bridge to product teams, providing partners feedback, relaying feature requests, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders' requirements.

  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and materials to ensure partners have the knowledge to succeed.

  • Represent the organization at industry events and partner meetings, sharing expertise and insights on cloud technologies and trends.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in roles like Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager with hands-on experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.

  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, resellers, or technology alliances.

  • Commitment to understanding partner needs and driving mutual success through tailored solutions.

  • Customer-centric approach with a proven ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Technical Skills

  • Networking, security, and systems architecture.

  • Programming: Python, Go, Java, C++.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible.

  • Orchestration: Kubernetes (K8s), Slurm.

  • DevOps Tools: Git, Docker, Helm.
