Job description

Your role at Dynatrace

Responsibilities include generating interest in all of the Dynatrace solutions by leveraging the partner ecosystem. For global, regional, and national partners, the objective is to develop strategic relationships by creating joint business initiatives that leverage Dynatrace solutions as a fundamental component of the partner’s business. Partner Managers will jointly develop sales strategies with their partners and implement those initiatives by working with local sales teams. Travel may be required to meet with partners and sales teams to gain commitment and ensure successful execution of programs.

Your role within the team:
  1. Understand the Partners’ business and align Dynatrace solutions to develop compelling go-to-market propositions.
  2. Qualify new Partners and demonstrate the value of Dynatrace solutions to both C-level business leaders and technical staff.
  3. Develop Partners to become self-sufficient in marketing the jointly developed solutions.
  4. Build and implement sales strategies across all Dynatrace solutions with assigned regional partners.
  5. Share regional partner activities with other Dynatrace Partner managers to leverage joint initiatives.
  6. Manage, track, and report on key action items, results, business plans, marketing successes, and sales forecasts.
  7. Manage your time and travel expenses in accordance with company requirements.
What will help you succeed

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in software sales, systems integration, business development, or channel management.
  • Proven experience working with various partners.
  • Understanding of observability and its importance.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience recruiting partners and generating revenue.
  • Solution development experience in software/services environments; experience in Managed Services, Digital Agencies, or ISV ecosystems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation and Rewards
  • The salary range is $140,000 - $190,000, based on experience, skills, education, and location.
