Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director, Partner Sales - AMER to lead and scale our partner sales team across the Americas. You will define and execute our partner sales go-to-market strategy, lead a team of Partner Sales Directors, and collaborate across various teams to drive revenue growth and partner success.

Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth: Lead a team to meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic pipeline management and account planning.
  2. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  3. Partner Ecosystem Management: Optimize GTM performance with top partners, developing solution plays and market strategies.
  4. Strategic Partner Sales Leadership: Develop industry-specific partner plans aligned with sales and customer success strategies.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish governance models to ensure high partner collaboration and deal execution.
  6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  7. Market Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and expand presence in target markets.
  8. Performance Management: Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years in Cloud & SaaS Sales and Partner Management, with success leading partner sales teams.
  2. Proven leadership in building and scaling sales teams.
  3. Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
  4. Deep understanding of Enterprise Performance Management and relevant industries.
  5. Experience developing go-to-market strategies collaboratively.
  6. Results-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
