Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through targeted partnerships and manage complex partnership programs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategy and execute plans
- Lead the development of various reporting packages, including financial and program health reporting
- Develop and manage annual budget and business plans for third-party partnerships
- Represent the organization on corporate and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading large programs across corporate functions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex growth initiatives with large cross-functional teams
- Minimum of 5 years working with sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with comparable commercial solutions is strongly preferred

- Advanced degree
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and create consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong capability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on goals
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and endorse change initiatives
