A leading financial services firm is seeking a Partner Sales professional to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This Partner Sales role will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Commercial business through targeted partnerships. This role requires strategic management of key relationships and operational excellence in execution.
You will serve as the primary liaison, working across the Commercial organization, with external third-party partners, and internally with relevant Business Units and Centers of Excellence. A key focus will be managing large and complex partnership programs to accelerate and enable Commercial revenue growth for the US business. This includes leading initiatives to build, activate, and operationalize new capabilities, functions, and areas of growth.
You will ensure all initiatives meet their desired objectives and continuously identify new opportunities to maximize and accelerate revenue.
Partner with third parties and other BU stakeholders, and COE stakeholders to translate Commercial strategies into specific imperatives and executable plans
Collaborate, influence, and coordinate across a broad internal stakeholder group to align on strategy, develop key work streams and plans, and drive execution against those plans to drive revenue growth. Stakeholder engagement includes:
Commercial Senior Leadership and key stakeholders in USIS and the Enterprise
Sales and Capability leaders and respective teams across Commercial, USIS, and the Enterprise
Other functional leaders include marketing, operations, legal, technology, HR, finance, etc.
Engage with the Commercial team and across the organization to identify opportunity, drive accountability, manage expectations with key stakeholders, execute, and report progress towards the goals and objectives of each partnership / initiative.
Develop structure, cadence, agendas, content and leading various forums related to initiatives (eg operational reviews with core team, regular updates or steering committee meetings with senior level stakeholders)
Lead the development of various reporting packages related to the initiative including financial reporting, pipeline reporting, and program health reporting
Partner with Commercial Leadership and Finance to develop annual budget and business plans for third party partnerships.
Develop content for various Commercial communications, USIS updates, internal and external webcasts.
Represent the Commercial Organization on corporate and special projects as required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading large programs across applicable corporate functions (e.g., Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Technology, Data and Analytics)
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives which involve large cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
Minimum of 5 years working with sales teams
Experience with comparable commercial solutions, strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Advanced degree
Ability to influence, negotiate, and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups and external clients
Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and maintain focus on the “goals”
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a highly matrix organization, in a fast paced and dynamic business environment, with aggressive timelines.
Ability to endorse change, sponsor change initiatives and search for other organizations best practices to adopt or modify change
Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and BUs/COEs
Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions within broadly defined parameters
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $113,180.00 to $160,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program.
