This role requires a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including system integrators, advisory firms, cloud providers, ISVs, and consultancies across regions and industries.
Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), market dynamics, client needs, and go-to-market strategies is highly preferred.
The position reports to the VP of Partner & Alliances for the Americas and the Area Vice President of Sales for the Americas.
Your role
Primarily, you will develop and execute strategies to generate revenue and pipeline within the Consumer segment, aligning with regional sales goals and global partner strategies.
You will also help shape and promote the global partner program, manage policies to prevent channel conflict, and facilitate partner collaboration from pre-sale to post-sale.
Additionally, you will identify new partnership opportunities, build relationships, and develop marketing and enablement programs to increase partner visibility and effectiveness.
Success metrics include contributing to sourced and co-sold ACV, building and managing partner relationships, and ensuring delivery readiness.
You will manage day-to-day partner relationships at the sales pod level, evaluate partner talent, and foster relationships with industry thought leaders and change agents.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and accurate data tagging, and work closely with sales teams to identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
