Job summary

HP is seeking a data analytics expert for Walmart/Sam's Club sales to serve the Partner and internal teams. You will be the primary source for data customization, ad hoc requests, and insights to drive sales growth and improve processes across functions.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in Enterprise Sales, channel & alliance, data analytic support for Enterprises or related field.
• Experience tailoring data solutions and providing ad hoc analytics to support partner interactions.

• Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives, and effectiveness.
• Assists in the resolution of minor data conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. This could be based on shipments, qualified program units and sell through data.
• Provides administrative and data support to ensure smooth partner interactions, sales processes, and support for financial partners.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales, channel & alliance, data analytic support for Enterprises or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

  The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $112,600 to $155,000 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix.
