Channel Account Manager Copiers REMOTE (Mid-West)
Our client is a top provider of digital imaging solutions in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Currently, we are in need of a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have technical skills and a proven track record of sales strategy development with key stakeholders.
This is a full-time Virtual / Remote position with an expected salary range of $70,-, annually. Commission eligibility based on a 65 / 35 split.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
- Represent the company and build business relationships with dealers and offices
- Communicate effectively with Fortune customers to present sales strategies, ROI, and technical analysis
- Provide technical expertise to dealer sales channel and end users for hardware and software solutions
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, and provide support
- Conduct sales calls, develop proposals, and support bid processes
- Coordinate product launches and updates with dealer sales channels
- Manage events and tradeshows
- Resolve routine issues using company policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience in copier sales and A3 market is necessary
- B2B retail sales or customer-facing experience in copier industry preferred
- CompTIA CDIA / CDIA+ Certification and CompTIA Network+ Certification
- 5+ years in sales / sales support and industry experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas.
