Summary of Role

This role is a critical bridge between ESG’s marketing and product teams and our Catalyst Partners. You are the ambassador for our product portfolio, empowering these partners to sell effectively and build their own brand while aligning with ours. You act as a consultant, content creator, strategist, and facilitator, ensuring mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Marketing: You will be the liaison for Catalyst Partner sales and marketing teams with internal Product Marketing leads. This may often require localization and/or adaptation of content to the needs of the Catalyst Partner’s franchise market and their brand requirements. You will also need to create new, market-tailored content, develop co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and product adoption.
  2. Strategic Product Positioning: You will be the advocate for ESG products and guide Catalyst Partners as they execute their go-to-market strategy. You will provide advice and guidance on product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise security buyers and align with the market landscape.
  3. Catalyst Branding: You will help Catalyst Partners develop their brand while maintaining the integrity and goodwill of the underlying Symantec and Carbon Black brands. This will include coordination with ESG Social Media campaigns and aiding the Catalyst Partners in growing their cybersecurity brand awareness and strength.
  4. Market and Competitive Intelligence: You will collect and share internal and externally collected market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. You will proactively share non-public competitive assets and understand specific geographical needs to be addressed in QBRs and Annual Business Plans.
  5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: You will regularly meet with Catalyst Partner cross-functional teams to help with strategic planning and the execution of successful GTM plans. You will ensure ESG brand standards are met, provide expertise, obtain resources, and resolve issues.
  6. Sales Enablement: You will work with the centralized Enablement, TPM, and PMM team to equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our security solutions. This includes the delivery of sales guides, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
  7. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
Required Qualifications
  1. Experience: 10+ years of product marketing or related experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
  2. Proven success in launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions.
  3. In-depth knowledge of geographical cybersecurity markets and trends.
Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat trends, compliance requirements, and enterprise security architectures (e.g., Zero Trust, Secure Access Service Edge).

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Familiarity with Broadcom’s cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products.
  2. Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  3. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
