Job summary

Empower Mental Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a proactive outbound sales assistant who will be the first voice when engaging law firms, case managers, and medical offices. You’ll start conversations, book meetings for Partnership Executives, and nurture leads to keep pipelines warm.

• A clear, confident phone voice and solid writing.
• Comfort with high call volume.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience with a CRM, Google Workspace, or both.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to PI attorneys, case managers and medical offices using call scripts.
• Get past the front desk and reach decision-makers.
• Book discovery meetings and virtual introductions for the Partnership Executive team.
• Send outreach and follow-up emails using approved templates.
• Follow every lead through calls, voicemails, emails and callbacks on a set schedule.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM the same day.
• Hand warm leads to Partnership Executives with clear notes.
• Share what you hear from prospects (questions, objections, competitors) so we can sharpen the scripts.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/activity goals.
• Help with other call center tasks as needed.

The role:You're the first voice our future partners hear. You'll reach out to law firms and medical offices, start real conversations, book meetings for our Partnership Executives, and follow up so no lead goes cold. About Empower:Empower provides behavioral health care for people recovering from personal injury. That's in-person care in 43 states and telemedicine in all 50. We partner with attorneys, case managers and medical offices so injured clients get the health care they need, documented the right way.
