SupportFinity™ is seeking an operationally minded specialist to design and scale systems supporting our partner ecosystem in New York. This role involves owning processes, tools, and data for our partners while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in partner operations, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency with Salesforce and PRM tools. Target annual compensation is between $135k and $160k.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, operationally minded specialist to design and scale the systems and processes that underpin our partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own the processes, tools, systems, and data that ensure our partners (and the internal teams who support them) can operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across partnerships, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product to streamline workflows, enable partner engagement, and deliver operational excellence at scale.

You bring structure to ambiguity, have a strong analytical mindset, and enjoy empowering others through robust processes and well‑designed tooling. Your ability to diagnose operational challenges, anticipate future needs, and align stakeholders around scalable solutions will be critical to our continued growth.
Target Annual Compensation (salary + bonus): $135k – $160k
