Job Summary :
Our Client's firm is seeking to hire an experienced and accomplished attorney to assume a Partner role in our New York construction litigation practice with extensive experience handling all aspects in the defense of personal injury actions arising under the New York Labor Law [namely, Sections §200, 240(1) and 241(6)]. Their clients in these matters include property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and municipalities.
This is a remote position, but the candidate must live within a commutable distance to Long Island, NY for occasional in-office meetings.
