Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a seasoned partner-marketing leader to own and scale the partner-sourced pipeline across Scale's enterprise, public sector, and frontier AI businesses.

You will partner with the Partnerships team, map accounts, and drive co-sell motions with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You have deep hyperscaler experience, a proven track record of carrying partner-led pipeline, and the executive presence to engage partner VPs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner marketing, alliances, or channel roles in B2B enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of carrying lead and pipeline numbers from partner channels.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler co-sell, marketplace, and partner funding programs.
• Ability to prioritize targeted account work over broad sponsorships when evidence supports it.
• Strong executive presence and writing skills to communicate with partner VPs and Scale leadership.
• Experience building a lean, owned function.

Responsibilities

• Own a partner-sourced leads pipeline targets and report weekly.
• Build and run co-sell motions with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft field teams.
• Use partner programs to generate demand via listings, private offers, and joint campaigns.
• Build relationships with partner marketing, alliance, and field sales leaders.
• Coordinate lead handoff and acceptance criteria with Partner GTM leadership and Ops.
• Allocate partner marketing budget against measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to package joint offerings for vertical buyers.
• Brief executives on partner channel performance and investment priorities.
