About the Role
As our Partner Marketing Coordinator Americas, you will be instrumental in bringing NinjaOne’s channel and partner marketing programs to life. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Americas, this role is focused on flawless execution, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage event logistics, coordinate campaigns, and track performance for partners in the eastern region to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of campaign elements, partner alignment, and budget responsibilities, preparing you for advancement as our partner marketing programs continue to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow within a high-performing partner marketing team.
Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states – CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted who are able to work in-office 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday).

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
