Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Akia, the AI agent for hospitality, is hiring its first senior Partner Marketer in San Francisco. You will own the partner marketing program end to end, including selecting partners, shaping co-created initiatives, and forecasting ROI.
You will drive partner-sourced pipeline and orchestrate co-marketing across the PMS ecosystem, including webinars, listings, and customer stories. You’ll enable partners with scripts and one-pagers to close deals and travel to industry events.
Akia is the AI agent for hospitality. Hotels and vacation rental managers hand her guest communication and the day-to-day work: check-in, upsells, guest requests, staff dispatch. She handles it across text, web, and email. Thousands of properties run on Akia today. We're venture-backed, founded by a team of ex-Meta engineers and operators.
We're hiring our first senior Partner Marketer. Akia already connects to dozens of property management systems, lock platforms, and payment providers. Every one of those companies has a customer list full of people who should be running Akia, and almost none of it has been marketed yet. That's the job.
You'll also be the person who explains an AI agent to partners who have never sold one. Their teams know how to pitch software with buttons and screens. Akia is an agent that does the work, and that's a different conversation. You need to be genuinely fluent with these tools yourself. Reading about them doesn't count.
The integrations are already built and the relationships are already warm. Nobody has marketed through them yet. You'll shape the product as much as the partnerships, and the function is yours to build from scratch.
